At Wonderfully Her, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.


Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Journals, Home Goods)

Our branded merchandise is printed and shipped through our print-on-demand partner to ensure the highest quality and freshness for each order.

Returns & Exchanges:
  • We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
How to Request a Return:

Please contact us at [wonderfullyher@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide return instructions or offer a replacement/refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
  • Minor printing variations (slight color differences from screen to product)

Items Shipped Directly by Wonderfully Her

For items fulfilled and shipped by us (journals, candles, meditation tools, and other curated products):

Returns & Exchanges:
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email us at wonderfullyher@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Receive your refund once we inspect the returned item

Cancellations
  • Print-on-demand orders cannot be canceled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours)
  • Direct-ship orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us immediately
